Essential cookery techniques: How to use a siphon

Add double cream and icing sugar to the siphon and then screw on the lid. Charge the siphon with the gas canister - you will hear the gas release into the container. Shake gently and then the siphon is ready to use. Hold the siphon upside down and gently press the lever to release the cream.
