In this hour long take-away class you will learn to cook a gorgeous carpaccio of duck with fennel, orange and passion fruit, seasonal leaves and toasted nuts with the guidance of our expert chef, followed by a delicious chocolate fondant. Not only will you have a great evening, the recipes you learn here can be re-created at home so that your friends can enjoy your new-found skills too!

In this two hour class you'll learn to make four delicious macaroon recipes that will leave your taste buds tingling! Master the art of this French delicacy and prepare Macaroons with salted butter caramel, vanilla and praline, raspberry and rose and chocolate with honeyed ganache...mmm

Our signature Cook, Eat & Run class is now just £15! Join our professional chef for a 30 minute cookery class and learn to create a delicious main course recipe. You can then sit down to enjoy your meal with your classmates and treat yourself to a glass of wine or dessert of the day! We can also package your meal for you to take away if you really have to dash back to the office!

Spend a thoroughly decadent afternoon with L'atelier des Chefs learning to prepare some delicious chocolate recipes:Choclate truffles, eclairs dipped in chocolate, Chocolate cream with a shortbread and a prune and Armagnac emulsion and double chocolate cookies. You will never be lost for an impressive dessert to serve at a dinner party or simply to treat yourself!
