  • Semi-skimmed milk : 5 cl
  • Tapioca flour : 250 g
  • Water : 5 cl
  • Groundnut oil : 5 cl
  • Fine salt : 6 pinch(es)
  • Whole egg(s) : 2 whole
  • Comté : 200 g

Recipe method

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Place the water, milk, oil and the salt in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the tapioca and mix well with a spoon. Allow to cool.
Add the eggs and mix well before adding the grated cheese.

Roll the dough into balls and then place on a greased baking tray. Transfer to the oven and bake for 7 minutes at 180°C.

These bread rolls can be made with all sorts of different cheeses: beaufort, gruyère and emmental all work really well.
