Preheat the grill of your oven.
Grill the flaked almonds for 2 minutes, mixing occasionally. Heat the pistachios and raisins in the oven for a minute or two.
Melt a third of the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Break the rest of the chocolate into pieces. Pour the melted chocolate over the solid chocolate and mix well to incorporate the two.
Pour the chocolate into shallow silicone moulds and then decorate with the dried fruits and nuts.
Transfer to the fridge and chill for at least 30 minutes.

Lightly grilling the dried fruits and nuts will enhance their flavour - this can also be achieved by lightly cooking them in a frying pan.
