Our most popular masterclass is back this September!  Join our professional chef for a 4 hour culinary extravaganza focusing on the very best ingredients and flavours France has to offer!  Whet your appetite with a truffled mascarpone appetiser followed by a rich chicken liver and foie gras parfait before enjoying rack of lamb with dauphinoise potatoes and red wine sauce.  Finish the meal with a delectable plum and frangipane tart!
