Nothing says ‘exotic’ like Moroccan cuisine. With some of the most colourful and flavoursome dishes you can imagine, you’ll love learning to cook something a little different.
Our Moroccan lessons vary in length, with between 60 minute and two hour classes available. Whichever you choose, you’re guaranteed to create something fragrant and delicious. Our Chefs will walk you through traditional dishes and delicacies such as tagines, couscous, hummus, flatbreads and baba ghanoush.
In our one hour class, you’re likely to make ether two different courses which could include a starter and main or a selection of Moroccan dishes that can be all shared and eaten together. Our 90 minute and 2 hour classes teach you all the elements you need to create your own Moroccan-inspired dinner party. Our Chefs will ensure you have all the skills to be able to recreate everything you create with flair. With all the colours and complex flavours at the table, you’re guaranteed to impress!
Unless you’re already well versed in North African cuisine, our Moroccan classes are likely to add something a little different to your repertoire. Moroccan food uses lots of herbs and spices, such as saffron, mint, cumin and coriander, and you might not have used fruit in a main course before. Sticky fruits such as dates and apricots are often used in tagines to add a wonderful sweetness to the dish. Trying out these cooking methods will certainly give you something to experiment with, and there’s always scope for you to add your own personal tastes to your creations.
