Our Head Chef has been hard at work in the kitchen to bring you the ultimate Introduction to Home Bread Making class. Join us to swat up on your kneading, proving and baking!
Over the course of 3 floury hours you will master an array of home baked treats to taste and take away with you; Soda Bread, White Rolls, Wholemeal Loaf, Tomato, Feta & Basil Pin-wheels and Garlic & Rosemary Focaccia.
Under the guidance of one of our expert chefs you will learn how to bake both bread from scratch and bread from using a premix blend. As well as shaping, stuffing and creating soda breads.
After your class you can try some of your bready delights with a classic pesto and spiced Dukkah that you have created during the class. We have a fully licensed bar for you to treat yourself to a glass of wine as well. Then your class host will provide you with a bag to take away the rest of your baked triumphs.
