When people think about British food what comes to mind are fish and chips, pies and the classic roast. Nowadays however, British food is much more diverse than that and takes inspiration from cuisines all over the world.
When we go out for a meal, most of us don’t go for anything too fussy. Good old fashioned grub is the order of the day, with British classics like roasts followed by crumble and custard. Our British cooking classes are designed so people can learn to cook the sort of food they like to eat: simple recipes made from fantastic ingredients, cooked to perfection.

We run 60 and 90 minute British classes. Whether you have a little time or a lot, you’ll be able to squeeze in a cooking experience to remember. We have a great range of dishes on offer and we are confident that there's something for everyone to enjoy. From fluffy roast potatoes to decadent sticky toffee puddings, the menus are as diverse as you’d find in any gastropub and the flavours speak for themselves!

Come and enjoy a lazy afternoon with our special weekend roast classes. Learn to cook the perfect roast potatoes, succulent lamb or chicken along with all the trimmings and a traditional pudding such as sticky toffee pudding.
