  • Soften the butter to room temperature. Add sea salt, freshly ground pepper, finely chopped garlic, shallot, tarragon and parsley to the butter and mix well. Place the herb butter on a piece of clingfilm and roll up to form a cylindrical shape. Chill in the fridge and cut into slices when needed.
