Sesame soy glazed beef skewers Recipe

Cubes of beef marinated with sesame seeds, honey, soy sauce and red chili. Served on a skewer with red pepper and spring onion.

Ingredients
Pour people
  • Beef fillet : 350 g
  • Spring onion(s) : 4 whole
  • Red pepper(s) : 1 whole
  • For the garnish(es)
  • White sesame seeds : 30 g
  • Honey : 2 tbsp
  • Sunflower oil : 15 ml
  • Soy sauce : 30 ml
  • Red chilli(s) : 1 whole
  • Freshly ground black pepper : 6 Turn
Method
  • ETAPE 1

    Serves 20 people - you will need 20 skewers.

  • ETAPE 2

    Cut the beef into 20 2.5cm cubes. Cut spring onions diagonally into 2.5 cm pieces. Cut the red pepper into 1 inch squares.

  • ETAPE 3

    Place all of the glaze ingredients into a bowl and then mix with the beef. Marinade at least for 1 hour.

  • ETAPE 4

    Thread 1 piece of spring onion then a red pepper and 1 beef cube on to each skewer. Cook on the griddle but leave rare. Finish cooking just before serving. Serve warm

«Add other vegetables if desired - yellow, green or orange peppers will work well.»
