Chicken yakitori Recipe

Ingredients for people

  • Chicken breast(s) (150g) - skinless : 2.5 whole
  • Soy sauce : 50 ml
  • Mirin : 30 ml
  • Caster sugar : 45 g
  • Sesame oil : 15 ml

    Cut the chicken breasts into strips. Mix with the rest of the ingredients and marinade overnight.

    Sear on a griddle, turning to ensure that the chicken is cooked through.

«This dish can be made in advance - sear the chicken lightly but do not cook all the way through. Finish cooking immediately before cooking.»
