Chicken yakitori Recipe

Chicken breast marinated in soy sauce, mirin and sesame oil cooked on the griddle.

  • Chicken breast(s) (150g) - skinless : 2.5 whole
  • Soy sauce : 50 ml
  • Mirin : 30 ml
  • Caster sugar : 45 g
  • Sesame oil : 15 ml
  • ETAPE 1

    Serves 20.

  • ETAPE 2

    Cut the chicken breasts into strips. Mix with the rest of the ingredients and marinade overnight.

  • ETAPE 3

    Sear on a griddle, turning to ensure that the chicken is cooked through.
