A perfect accompaniment to hot curries - spiced raita made with greek yogurt, fresh coriander, cumin seeds and crushed red chili.
Wash and pick the fresh coriander leaves then finely chop. Toast the cumin seeds. Crush the dried red chilli.
Place the Greek yogurt in a bowl and add the chopped coriander, cumin seeds and a couple of pinches of crushed red chili. Mix well.
