Accompaniment: Spiced raita Recipe

Ingredients for people

  • Greek yogurt : 100 g
  • Fresh coriander : 0.5 bunch
  • Cumin seed(s) : 2.5 g
  • Dried red chilli(s) : 1 whole
  • 1

    Wash and pick the fresh coriander leaves then finely chop. Toast the cumin seeds. Crush the dried red chilli.

    Place the Greek yogurt in a bowl and add the chopped coriander, cumin seeds and a couple of pinches of crushed red chili. Mix well.
