Soy marinaded tuna skewer with spicy avocado salsa Recipe

    Preheat the oven to 180'C.

    Cut the tuna into 2cm cubes. Mix together the soy sauce and the juice of 2 limes. Add the diced tuna and leave to marinate.

    Peel the avocadoes, remove the stone and cut the flesh into small cubes. Wash, zest and juice the remaining lime. Finely dice the chilli, red onion and garlic. Pick the coriander leaves and chop. Mix all the ingredients together and season with salt.

    Spread the sesame seeds on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5 minutes.

    Place the tuna on to skewers and then roll in the toasted sesame seeds to coat the fish.

    Serve the tuna skewers on top of the avocado salsa. Garnish with a wedge of lime and a sprig of coriander.
