Pastilla of goats cheese and fresh herbs with rocket and a harissa drizzle Recipe

Ingredients for people

  • Goat cheese round(s) : 6 whole
  • Chive(s) : 0.25 bunch
  • Basil : 0.25 bunch
  • Shallot(s) : 1 whole
  • Garlic clove(s) : 1 whole
  • Brick pastry sheet(s) : 6 whole

  • For the vinaigrette
  • Harissa : 10 g
  • Garlic clove(s) : 1 whole
  • Water : 30 ml
  • Olive oil : 50 ml
  • Fresh coriander : 0.25 bunch

  • For the garnish(es)
  • Rocket : 2 bunch

    Finely chop the shallot, basil, chives and the garlic. Break the goat's cheese into small pieces and mix the ingredients together. Cut the brick pastry into three strips and brush with oil. Place a spoon of the mix onto each strip, fold into a samosa and pan fry on both sides until golden in colour.

    For the drizzle: Finely chop the coriander and mix with the harissa paste and water.

    Wash the rocket and dry in a salad spinner. Dress with some olive oil.
    Serve the warm goat's cheese parcel with the dressed leaves and a drizzle of harissa.

«The brick pastry in this recipe can be replaced with filo pastry. Pan fry very gently or bake in an oven for 10 minutes at 180'C.»
