Caramelised pieces of figs, served with honey, pistachios and Greek yogurt.
Remove the stalks from the figs and then each fig into six wedges.
Heat a frying pan until hot and add a knob of butter.
Add the figs to the foaming butter and colour on one side. Drizzle in the honey and turn the figs over.
Add a pinch of cinnamon and the chopped pistachios and spoon the liquid over the figs. Remove the figs from the pan before they overcook and serve immediately with a dollop of thick Greek yogurt.
