Chicken skewers served with roasted peppers topped with a Hellmann's mayonnaise sauce.
Preheat the oven to 180'C.
Cut the chicken into 2cm cubes and feed onto the skewers. Allow 2 per person.
Cut the peppers into into strips 2 cm wide. Roughly chop the tomatoes.
Place the pepper strips onto a baking sheet. Put the chicken skewers on top.
Mix the chopped tomatoes with the dried herbs and the mayonnaise.
Spoon the mixture on top of the chicken and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Serve with a few rocket leaves.
