Skewer beef marinated in ras el hanout, ginger, parsley and preserved lemon cooked on a griddle.
Cut the beef into thin strips. Chop the preserved lemon into small cubes. Pick and roughly chop the parsley.
Place the olive oil, preserved lemon cubes and the herbs in a bowl. Mix well and season. Skewer the beef and then soak in the marinade. Cook on a griddle and serve immediately.
