Classic French dressing Recipe

A classic and delicious salad dressing made with balsamic vinegar, sherry vinegar, mustard and a mixture of nut oils.

Pour people
  • Sunflower oil : 100 ml
  • Walnut oil : 100 ml
  • Pine nut oil : 100 ml
  • Balsamic vinegar : 150 ml
  • Sherry vinegar : 50 ml
  • Maille Dijon mustard : 50 g
  • Fine salt : 3 pinch(es)
  • Fine ground white pepper : 2 g
  • ETAPE 1

    Place both vinegars into a mixing bowl and add the mustard. Season with salt and pepper and then whisk in the oils a little at a time. Check the seasoning and keep chilled until ready to serve.
