Strawberry daiquiri Recipe

A frozen daiquiri cocktail made with wild strawberry liqueur and fresh strawberries.

Ingredients
Pour people
  • Lime(s) : 0.5 whole
  • Strawberries : 4 whole
  • Dark rum : 40 ml
  • Wild strawberry liqueur : 20 ml
Method
  • ETAPE 1

    Place the wild strawberry liqueur, the juice of the lime and 3 strawberries in a food processor. Mix to break down the strawberries.
    Add 6 tablespoons of crushed ice (use 6 ice cubes if you do not have crushed ice) and the rum and mix until the ice is completely crushed and you have a smooth frozen cocktail.

    Serve in a cocktail glass or champagne flute and decorate with the final strawberry.
