Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix together the dessicated coconut, the sugar and the egg whites. Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a lined baking tray.
Transfer to the oven and cook for 8 to 10 minutes - the outside should be nicely golden.
Allow to cool before serving.
