Double chocolate cookies Recipe

  • Unsalted butter : 170 g
  • Caster sugar : 225 g
  • Plain flour : 280 g
  • Whole egg(s) : 1 whole
  • Baking powder : 5 g
  • Dark chocolate : 50 g
  • White chocolate : 50 g


  • ETAPE 1

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  • ETAPE 2

    Cut both types of chocolate into small chunks. Mix the softened butter with the sugar so that you have a smooth and creamy mixture. Add the flour and baking powder. Mix in the egg. Add the chocolate chunks and stir in.

  • ETAPE 3

    Use a spoon to place small balls of cookie dough on a baking tray. Flatten slightly with the palm of your hand. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.

  • ETAPE 4

    Transfer the cookies to the oven and cook for 10 to 12 minutes so that the cookies are lightly browned.

«Leave a good amount of space between the cookies when you place them on the baking tray as they will spread out a little during the cooking process.»
