Place the tea in 500ml hot water and leave to infuse for 7 to 8 minutes. Strain and leave to cool to room temperature.
Cut the lemon into small pieces and place in the glass of a cocktail shaker. Add the red fruits and the raspberry syrup. Fill the glass with ice cubes and then add half of the tea. Shake well.
Serve the iced tea in a tall glass with a straw.
