Red berry iced tea Recipe

Ingredients for people

  • Mixed frozen red berries : 50 g
  • Black tea ''Grand Yunnan'' : 2 g
  • Raspberry syrup : 10 ml
  • Lemon(s) : 0.5 whole
  • Water : 500 ml
  • 1

    Place the tea in 500ml hot water and leave to infuse for 7 to 8 minutes. Strain and leave to cool to room temperature.

    Cut the lemon into small pieces and place in the glass of a cocktail shaker. Add the red fruits and the raspberry syrup. Fill the glass with ice cubes and then add half of the tea. Shake well.

    Serve the iced tea in a tall glass with a straw.
