Mini brownies with cherries Recipe

Ingredients for people

  • Unsalted butter : 90 g
  • Dark chocolate : 50 g
  • Whole egg(s) : 2 whole
  • Caster sugar : 80 g
  • Plain flour : 60 g
  • Cherry(s) : 100 g

    To line the mould(s)
  • Unsalted butter : 25 g
  • Caster sugar : 25 g
Method

    Preheat the oven to 220°C.

    Place the butter and chocolate in a bowl and melt over a bain-marie.
    Whisk together the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy. Add the melted chocolate and the flour and mix well.
    Place in the fridge to chill.

    Wash the cherries and remove the stalks.
    Butter and sugar your brownies moulds. Add the brownie mixture so that each mould is 3/4 full. Add a cherry to each brownie and then bake for 8-10 minutes.
    Allow to cool before removing from the moulds.
