Ingredients
Pour people
  • Whole egg(s) : 2 whole
  • Caster sugar : 100 g
  • Dark chocolate : 120 g
  • Unsalted butter : 80 g
  • Plain flour : 25 g
  • Pecan nut(s) : 30 g
Method
  • ETAPE 1

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

  • ETAPE 2

    Melt the butter and the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water.

  • ETAPE 3

    Whisk together the eggs and the sugar. Once this mixture has double in volume, add the melted chocolate and butter and then fold in the flour.

  • ETAPE 4

    Pour the mixture into moulds and press a pecan nut into each brownie.

  • ETAPE 5

    Transfer to the oven and cook for 6 minutes.

  • ETAPE 6

    Once cooked, remove from the oven and allow to cool in the moulds.
