Preheat the oven to 180'C.
Whisk together the egg whites, sugar, flour and ground almonds.
Melt the butter and keep on the heat until it turns a darker, golden colour and then add to the mixture.
Spoon the batter into flexible silicone moulds and bake for 10-12 minutes until firm and golden brown.
Squeeze the juice from the orange. Cut the passion fruit in half and scrape out the seeds. Mix with the orange juice and drizzle over the financiers.
