Cut the beef into cubes. Finely chop the spring onion bulb and cut the stem into small pieces. Peel and dice the pepper. Pick the coriander leaves from the stalks and roughly chop.
Heat a saucepan and add a little olive oil. Add the pepper and spring onions and cook until soft. Add the rice to the pan and cover with water. Bring to the boil and cook for 15 minutes or until all the water has been absorbed. Season with salt.
Heat a wok or large frying pan and add a drizzle of olive oil. Fry the beef pieces and season with paprika. Once the meat is coloured on all sides, add the sesame seeds, coriander and the paprika. Cook for a further 2 minutes and then remove from the heat and allow to rest for 3-4 minutes before serving.
Serve the beef on a bed of rice.
