Peel the mango and remove the stone. Cut the flesh into chunks. Peel the bananas and cut into small pieces. Remove the skin and tough core from the pineapple. Cut into chunks.
Cut the passion fruits in half and scrape out the seeds.
Place the mango, banana and pineapple in a food processor with the orange juice and blitz until smooth. Taste and sweeten with agave syrup if necessary.
Serve in a tall glass with a drizzle of the passion fruit seeds.
