Asian-style vinaigrette Recipe

An Asian-style vinaigrette made with peanuts, soy sauce and a hint of spice.

Ingredients
Pour people
  • Groundnut oil : 150 ml
  • Peanut oil : 100 ml
  • Chilli sauce with chilli pieces : 50 ml
  • Soy sauce : 100 ml
  • Tabasco : 1 drop
  • Fine salt : 2 pinch(es)
  • Chopped peanuts : 50 g
Method
  • ETAPE 1

    Heat a frying pan and lightly toast the chopped peanuts. Remove from the pan and place in a mixing bowl.
    Add the soy sauce, chilli sauce and the Tabasco and season with salt. Finally add the oils and mix well.

  • ETAPE 2

    Reserve in the fridge and mix well before serving.
