Cheddar cheese wrapped in rumpsteak slices and served with a honey, soy and five spice glaze.
Chop the cheddar into of 6cm by 2cm batons. Wrap each piece of cheese in a slice of beef and then secure with a wooden skewer.
Bring the honey to the boil and then add soy sauce and the spice mixture. Cook to a thick syrup.
Lightly brush the cheese and beef skewers with oil and then grill or pan fry on all side. Serve with the honey and soy glaze.
