An easy recipe for a barbecue sauce which can also be used as a marinade for grilling and frying.
Peel and dice the onion and the garlic. Heat a frying pan and add the oil. Fry the onions and the garlic with bay leaves until golden brown and caramelised. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat down and simmer until you have a thick sauce.
