Ingredients
Pour people
  • Onion(s) : 1 whole
  • Garlic clove(s) : 2 whole
  • Bay : 4 leaf
  • Dark soft brown sugar : 50 g
  • Worcestershire sauce : 20 ml
  • Tomato ketchup : 300 g
  • Cayenne pepper : 3 pinch(es)
  • Cider vinegar : 100 ml
  • Water : 200 ml
  • Maldon salt : 2 pinch(es)
  • Maille Dijon mustard : 25 g
  • Sunflower oil : 10 ml
  • Smoked paprika : 1 Tsp
Method
  • ETAPE 1

    Peel and dice the onion and the garlic. Heat a frying pan and add the oil. Fry the onions and the garlic with bay leaves until golden brown and caramelised. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat down and simmer until you have a thick sauce.
