Spicy barbecue marinade Recipe

Ingredients for people

  • Onion(s) : 1 whole
  • Garlic clove(s) : 2 whole
  • Lemon(s) : 0.5 whole
  • Olive oil : 300 ml
  • Sherry : 100 ml
  • Worcestershire sauce : 100 ml
  • Freshly ground black pepper : 3 Turn
  • Celery salt : 3 pinch(es)
  • Red chilli(s) : 1 whole
  • Paprika : 10 g
Method

    Peel and dice the onion and the garlic. Juice the lemon. Place of all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

    Rub on to your favourite barbeque meat and leave to marinate before cooking.

Chef's tip

«Add finely diced fresh chilli for a really spicy sauce or omit the paprika for a milder sauce. Any excess can be frozen.»
