An easy barbecue marinade made with fresh thyme, rosemary, parsley and coriander mixed with Worcestershire sauce, lemon, garlic and lots more! Perfect for rubbing on to meat or fish for a summer BBQ!
Peel and dice the onion and the garlic. Juice the lemon. Place in a food processor and add the rest of the ingredients. Blitz to a paste and then rub on to your preferred meat or fish. Leave to marinate for a few hours and then cook on a barbecue or chargrill and enjoy!
