A classic Yorkshire pudding recipe, perfect to accompany roast beef, chicken or lamb.

Ingredients
Pour pieces
  • For the batter
  • Plain flour : 120 g
  • Whole egg(s) : 2 whole
  • Water : 90 ml
  • Semi-skimmed milk : 90 ml
  • Maldon salt : 6 pinch(es)
  • Freshly ground black pepper : 6 Turn
  • Sunflower oil : 30 ml
Method
  • ETAPE 1

    Preheat the oven to 220'C.

  • ETAPE 2

    Whisk together the milk, water, eggs and flour. Season and leave to rest in the fridge for at least half an hour.
    Place the moulds in the oven with a drizzle of oil in each one and heat in the oven for 10 minutes. Pour the mixture into each mould and bake for around 10 minutes, until risen and golden brown.
