A quick and easy recipe for Jamaican jerk seasoning. Perfect rubbed on to pork, chicken and salmon before a barbecue!
Peel and dice the red onion and the garlic. Juice the lime. Place in a food processor with all of the other ingredients. Blitz to a paste and then rub on to chicken, pork or salmon. Leave to marinate and then cook as desired!
