Spicy sticky chicken wings Recipe

Chicken wings marinated in honey, ginger, garlic, soy sauce and curry powder. Perfect for a BBQ.

  • Chicken wing(s) : 12 whole
  • Fresh ginger : 50 g
  • Garlic clove(s) : 4 whole
  • Honey : 100 g
  • Hot curry powder : 10 g
  • Soy sauce : 100 ml


  • ETAPE 1

    Peel the garlic and ginger. Use a pestle and mortar to turn it into a paste. Stir in the honey, curry powder and soy sauce.

  • ETAPE 2

    Rub this marinade all over the chicken wings and leave to marinate for at least three hours.

  • ETAPE 3

    Cook on a BBQ turning regularly until the wings are cooked through.

«Leave to marinate overnight to develop the flavour and tenderise the meat. Be careful not to burn the honey, turn regularly when cooking.»
