  • Green asparagus : 3 bunch
  • Olive oil : 30 ml
  • Maldon salt : 6 pinch(es)
  • Freshly ground black pepper : 6 Turn
Method
  • ETAPE 1

    Bend the asparagus until the tender tips break away from the woody stem. Discard the tough stems. Heat a griddle pan until smoking hot. Coat the asparagus tips in olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place the asparagus in the pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes turning regularly until tender but crispy.
