Honey and mustard vinaigrette Recipe

A quick and simple vinaigrette made with honey, mustard, white wine vinegar and olive oil. Works well with any salad or grilled chicken.

  • Olive oil : 120 ml
  • White wine vinegar : 20 ml
  • Honey : 20 g
  • Maille Dijon mustard : 10 g
  • Freshly ground black pepper : 3 Turn
  • Maldon salt : 2 pinch(es)
Method
  • ETAPE 1

    Place the white wine vinegar, honey, mustard and seasoning in a bowl and whisk together. Once combined, slowly add in the olive oil to make your vinaigrette. Keep in a sterilised bottle and use as and when desired!
