Classic English coleslaw and easy to prepare. A great side dish with any steak or barbecue dish.

Ingredients
Pour people
  • Red cabbage(s) : 0.25 whole
  • White cabbage(s) : 0.25 whole
  • Carrot(s) : 3 whole
  • Red onion(s) : 1 whole
  • Lemon(s) : 1 whole
  • Maldon salt : 3 pinch(es)
  • Freshly ground black pepper : 3 Turn
  • Maille Dijon mustard : 0.5 tbsp
  • Hellmann's real mayonnaise : 200 g
Method
  • ETAPE 1

    Shred the cabbage. Peel and grate the carrot. Peel and dice the red onion.

  • ETAPE 2

    In a large bowl combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard.
    Add to cabbage mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to combine.
