For the syrup: Boil the water with the sugar and spices, allow to cool and then strain.
For the fruit salad: Peel one of the oranges and separate the segments. Then peel the pineapple, papaya, mango and kiwi and cut into small cubes.
Juice the other orange and the lime and add to the syrup. Pour over the fruit.
