Red berry sorbet Recipe

A super simple recipe for sorbet made with mixed red berries, sugar and water.

Pour people
  • Mixed frozen red berries : 800 g
  • Caster sugar : 280 g
  • Water : 200 ml
  • ETAPE 1

    Place the water and the sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Stir and simmer until the sugar has dissolved and you have a sugar syrup.

  • ETAPE 2

    Place the berries in a blender, add the sugar syrup and blend until smooth. Allow this mixture to cool and then place in an ice cream maker and churn until frozen.

  • ETAPE 3

    Keep in the freezer until ready to serve.
