Bring the water to the boil. Add the lime zest and tea bags and sweeten to taste (you will need between 80g-150g of sugar). Remove the tea from the heat and allow the flavours to infuse for about 4 minutes then leave to cool.
Pour into glasses filled with ice to serve.
