Savoury ham and gingerbread muffins Recipe

Savoury muffins made with pieces of ham, gingerbread and olive oil. Perfect for brunch or lunch!

Pour people
  • Plain flour : 110 g
  • Baking powder : 5 g
  • Fine salt : 4 pinch(es)
  • Whole egg(s) : 1 whole
  • Semi-skimmed milk : 100 ml
  • Cured ham slice(s) : 4 whole
  • Gingerbread slice(s) : 2 whole
  • Olive oil : 50 ml
  • Chive(s) : 1 bunch
  • Spring onion(s) : 3 whole
  • ETAPE 1

    Preheat the oven to 180'C.

  • ETAPE 2

    Cut the gingerbread slices into small cubes. Thinly slice the spring onions and the chives. Cut the ham into small pieces.

  • ETAPE 3

    Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and combine well. Spoon the mixture into your mould, transfer to the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Allow to cool on a wire rack and then enjoy warm with butter.

«Check if the muffins are cooked by inserting the tip of a knife into the centre. If it comes out clean then they are done. »
