Slice the chicken into pieces and rub with the 5 spice mixture. Finely slice all of the vegetables. Zest and juice the lime.
Heat the oil in a wok and then add all of the ingredients prepared above.Cook for a few minutes and then add the coconut milk, soy and fish sauce and bring to a simmer. Add the soba noodles and cook for a further couple of minutes, until the noodles are cooked. Finish with the lime zest and juice and the Thai basil.
