Fruit skewers with vanilla and mascarpone cream Recipe

Skewers of pineapple, plum, strawberry and kiwi fruit served with vanilla mascarpone cream.

Pour people
  • Plum(s) : 2 whole
  • Strawberries : 200 g
  • Pineapple : 0.5 whole
  • Kiwi(s) : 3 whole
  • For the cream
  • Icing sugar : 50 g
  • Vanilla pod(s) : 1 whole
  • Mascarpone : 200 g
Method
  • 1. FOR THE FRUITS

    Cut the plums in to cubes. Hull the strawberries. Peel and dice the pineapple and the kiwis. Thread the fruits onto skewers and make 12 skewers.

  • 2. FOR THE CREAM

    Split the vanilla pod in half lengthways and remove the seeds. Add the vanilla seeds and the icing sugar to the mascarpone cream and mix well.

    Serve the fruit kebabs with a dollop of vanilla cream.
