Cut the peaches into cubes. Hull the strawberries. Peel and dice the pineapple and the kiwi fruits. Thread the fruits onto skewers and make 12 skewers.
Zest and juice the orange and the lemon.
Whisk the egg yolks with the corn starch and the sugar. Bring the milk to the boil and pour over the yolk mix. Add the juice and the zest of the orange and lemon. Return to the heat and cook until the mixture starts to thicken. Cook for 3 minutes whilst stirring constantly.
Serve the fruit skewers topped with the citrus custard.
