  • Banana(s) : 1 whole
  • Apple(s) : 1 whole
  • Orange juice : 75 ml
  • Baby spinach leave(s) : 20 g
Method
  • ETAPE 1

    Peel the banana and cut into chunks. Peel the apple and remove the core. Wash the spinach leaves. Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth. Serve as part of a healthy breakfast.
