A healthy and revitalising smoothie packed with watermelon, cranberries and a shot of elderflower to get you in the mood for your summer break.
Remove the skin from the watermelon and cut the fruit into chunks. Place in a food processor with the cranberries and a shot of elderflower cordial. Blend until smooth, adding a little water or juice if necessary.
