  • Watermelon : 0.25 whole
  • Cranberry(ies) : 15 g
  • Elderflower cordial : 2.5 ml
Method
  • ETAPE 1

    Remove the skin from the watermelon and cut the fruit into chunks. Place in a food processor with the cranberries and a shot of elderflower cordial. Blend until smooth, adding a little water or juice if necessary.

«Cranberries fairly sour - add half of them to begin with and then add more if desired.»
