  • Apple(s) : 1 whole
  • Strawberries : 10 whole
  • Fresh raspberries : 50 g
  • Blackcurrant : 25 g
  • Greek yogurt : 30 g
  • Honey : 1 tbsp
Method
  • ETAPE 1

    Peel the apples and remove the core. Remove the stalk from the strawberries. Place in a food processor along with the raspberries, blackcurrants, yogurt and honey. Blend until smooth and serve immediately.
