Ingredients
Pour people
  • Chick pea(s) : 250 g
  • Flat leaf parsley : 0.5 bunch
  • Fresh coriander : 0.5 bunch
  • Garlic clove(s) : 3 bulb
  • Ground cumin : 5 g
  • Ground coriander : 5 g
  • Onion(s) : 1 whole
  • Baking powder sachet(s) : 0.5 whole
  • Frying oil : 1000 ml
Method
  • ETAPE 1

    Soak the chickpeas in water overnight.

  • ETAPE 2

    Peel and mince the garlic and onion. Drain the chickpeas, then mix with the other ingredients until a dough forms.

  • ETAPE 3

    Form the chickpea dough into balls and fry in hot oil until browned. Then drain on absorbent paper and serve warm.
