Ingredients
Pour people
  • Vanilla ice cream : 250 ml
  • Strawberry ice cream : 250 ml
  • Speculoos biscuit(s) : 10 whole
Method
  • ETAPE 1

    Remove the ice cream from the freezer 10 minutes before use. Serve 3 tablespoons of ice cream per person. Form each ball by hand and return to the freezer for 30 minutes.

  • ETAPE 2

    Crush the biscuits and spread on a plate.

  • ETAPE 3

    Just before serving, roll the balls of ice cream in the biscuit crumbs and serve immediately.
